Very good stay in Hampstead. The room was great for the three of us. We experienced a Vers mindful receotionist. Thanks for a great experience!

Staff were excellent. Hotel guests were noisy around our room 406. One night, my wife and I had no sleep at all due to doors being slammed, (it seemed like) furniture being moved, throughout the night; not the hotel’s fault. The room was adequate, but no place to store clothes, or suitcases and therefore us elderly folk had difficulty getting around the room. The bath surround was very high, I’d say 24” high, so rather difficult to get in and out of when taking a shower. Breakfast was excellent, and staff at breakfast were very efficient. Location is good. When I booked, I mentioned we were elderly so this room was not a good choice for us. Would we stay at this hotel again? Probably “yes” - we would simply have to ensure the allocated room was more suitable for our needs. But importantly, all the staff were great and check-in/check-out was smooth. Thank you.

Lovely hotel and very well run with most helpful and courteous people . Cool even in heat as windows open !
